Customized InterVoice Application Programming. Second Tier has for the past twenty years worked on InterVoice programing from the text-based I-FORM development platform to the latest version of their graphical development tool, InVision Studio with VoiceXML. This allows us to develop and modify applications for a wide range of InterVoice runtime environments. If you need help with speech recognition development, touchtone applications, or call center integration support (screen pop, web enabling tools, etc.) our development team can work with you from system design through production cut over to ensure a successful system implementation.
InterVoice System Upgrades. If you are considering upgrading your InterVoice system, contact us. We can offer inexpensive upgrades to existing platforms increasing line and feature capacity and thus extending the life of your InterVoice platform.
Hardware & help desk support services. Second Tier can provide yearly maintenance contracts that duplicate InterVoices "RealCare" agreements at discounts over 50% of InterVoice pricing. Second Tier also provides these support services for End of Life (EOL) InterVoice platforms. Thus you can extend the life of your InterVoice platform. And do so In-expensively.
Hardware. Second Tier carries a large parts and complete working unit inventory of InterVoice VRU's. We can often ship same day and offer warranties up to one year on parts & systems.
