InterVoice. If you are an existing InterVoice customer who would like to leverage your InterVoice investment by enhancing current applications, or modifying existing one, consider Second Tier. Below are areas which our voice response experience can benefit your organization.
InterVoice Announces End-of-Life (EOL): After 20 years and more than 23,000 systems shipped InterVoice announces the End of Life on their IQ-Talk core product.
InterVoice InVision at EOL: InVision is InterVoices's core development suite for IQ-Talk platforms. At End-of-Life of IQ-Talk systems, InterVoice will no longer support InVision. We will.
InterVoice EOL Extensions: For most systems, core hardware and component level replacements will extend the life of your VRU / IVR. We will continue to service systems through 2016.
Please note, given the static nature of VRU / IVR DTMF development over the past twenty five years, it is not unreasonable to assume that a current InterVoice user could continue to use their existing InterVoice software & hardware for the next decade, giving their touchtone customers excellent products and service, without having to do a "forklift" type upgrade. We are able to take your existing InterVoice OS & Application code and re-install on newer or new hardware saving ten's of thousands of dollars over moving to a "new" InterVoice OS & hardware.
Customized InterVoice Application Programming. Second Tier has for the past twenty years worked on InterVoice Programing from the text-based I-FORM development platform to the latest version of their graphical development tool, InVision Studio with VoiceXML. This allows us to develop and modify applications for a wide range of InterVoice runtime environments. If you need help with speech recognition development, touchtone applications, or call center integration support (screen pop, web enabling tools, etc.) our development team can work with you from system design through production cut over to ensure a successful system implementation.
InterVoice System Upgrades. If you are considering upgrading your InterVoice system, contact us. We can offer inexpensive upgrades to existing platforms increasing line and feature capacity and thus extending the life of your InterVoice platform. We have extensive knowledge of the Telebank software from ITI and Fiserv.
Hardware & help desk support services. Second Tier can provide yearly maintenance contracts that duplicate InterVoices "RealCare" agreements at discounts over 50% off InterVoice pricing. Second Tier also provides these support services for End-of-Life (EOL), InterVoice platforms. Thus you can extend the life of your InterVoice platform, and do so in-expensively. We also will place hot spare parts at your location, during the life of your support contract. This service insures the shortest possible downtime should or when a part fails.
Our Support Engineers will provide you with immediate product expertise, technical support, troubleshooting, and problem resolution. Second Tier's support, in conjunction with a third-party field service provider, can quickly dispatch a service technician and replacement parts to your site, 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with on-site response times of four hours for critical situations based on the maintenance package purchased. Second Tier's technical support is available during the initial system warranty, then through a annual support agreement, or on a Time & Materials basis.
Hardware. Second Tier carries a large parts and complete working unit inventory of InterVoice VRU's / IVR's. We can often ship same day and offer warranties up to one year on parts & systems.
